This is a plant-based, gluten-free powder that can also be used to replace regular flour in baking. It can be used to mix with olive oil and water, or even replace egg.

Serving suggestion:

• Use one teaspoon of arrowroot powder to thicken one cup of liquid.
• Mix with a little cold water before adding to a hot liquid. Use a 1-to-1 ratio when replacing cornstarch with arrowroot. Mix together one teaspoon of  arrowroot, 1 Tbsp olive oil & ¼ cup water to make an egg replacement.
