The craft of making Thâu Dâu cakes at  Xuan Bac, Xuan Truong villages dates back to ancient times that imprinted on the childhood memories of generations and people here.

The rice selected to make cakes are naturally smooth, even with few broken seeds. We carefully control the oil and  temperature level to avoid burning and creating harmful substances.
